ذهبت مرة الى مكتب وزير المياه حاملا مظالم لبعض القرى في الداخل الموريتاني تتعلق بمياه الشرب وكنت قد استجوبت الوزير ذاته أيام كان على الطاقة والمعادن حول ملف حساس ولم أكن انتظر منه تفاعلا مع ما سوف أطرح عليه لكنه قابلني بخلق وبشاشة وأمر فورا برفع المظالم عن المعنيين وتمكينهم من حقهم وسمعته يحاجج من كان على الطرف الاخر قائلا الماء من حق الجميع أغلبية أو معارضة وطلب مني رحمه الله أن لا أتردد في رفع أي قضية تتعلق بعمله ليقينه حسب ما قال بأنها في المصلحة العمومية
رحم الله الوزير محمد ول د خونة وادخله فسيح جناته والهم أهله وذويه الصبر والسلوان وانا لله وانا إليه راجعون
